Problem
Noshaq Non Alcoholic Beverage Industry, an ISO-certified bottled water company serving thousands of customers across Afghanistan since 2009, had grown beyond what their manual systems could handle. With a wide distribution network and home delivery service, they struggled with route planning, order management, production scheduling, and maintaining consistent quality tracking across their product range.
Approach
We analyzed Noshaq's end-to-end operations from production through distribution and delivery. The focus was on connecting production scheduling with distribution demand, automating order-to-delivery workflows, and ensuring quality traceability for ISO compliance.
Solution
Implemented Odoo covering Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and a custom delivery management module. Automated production scheduling based on order forecasts, built route-optimized delivery workflows, and connected quality control checkpoints from production to delivery.
