We conducted a deep-dive into Gulbahar's trading operations — analyzing procurement cycles, import logistics, customs workflows, and distribution channels. The solution was designed to unify all trading verticals under a single ERP with full financial visibility.

Implemented Odoo ERP covering Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR across all trading divisions. Built custom modules for import costing with landed cost calculations, multi-currency procurement, customs documentation workflows, and real-time profitability analysis per product category.
