Integrity Watch, an Afghan civil society organization promoting transparency and accountability since 2005, manages 95+ staff members across a Kabul head office and programmatic outreach in 9 provinces. Their operations — spanning community monitoring, research, and advocacy programs — relied on disconnected tools for HR, finance, procurement, and project tracking, making donor reporting and organizational management increasingly complex.

We mapped Integrity Watch's organizational workflows across HR, finance, procurement, and program management. The solution prioritized donor compliance reporting, multi-project cost tracking, and streamlined operations across the head office and provincial teams.

Deployed Odoo HR, Accounting, Purchase, and Project modules. Built custom donor reporting workflows, multi-project budget tracking with fund segregation, provincial expense management, and automated leave and attendance tracking for 95+ staff across 9 provinces.

Donor reports that previously took days to compile are now generated in minutes. HR processes are fully digital, procurement has clear approval chains, and management has real-time visibility into project budgets and organizational spending across all provinces.
