Problem
Gulbahar Investment, a subsidiary of the Gulbahar Holding Group established in 2006, manages major real estate projects including the Gulbahar Business Center, Gulbahar Towers, and Gulbahar Plaza — landmarks that have significantly shaped Kabul's commercial infrastructure. Managing multiple concurrent construction projects, contractor payments, material procurement, and property sales across these developments required a unified system they didn't have.
Approach
We analyzed GI's project management workflows across active construction sites, procurement processes for building materials, contractor and subcontractor management, and property sales and leasing operations. The solution was designed to give leadership real-time visibility across all developments.
Solution
Implemented Odoo Project, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, and HR modules. Built custom project cost tracking per development (Business Center, Towers, Plaza), contractor payment milestone workflows, material procurement with supplier management, and property unit sales tracking with payment schedules.
