Nationwide Distribution ERP for Mobile Industry

IVA Mobile manages distribution of mobile phones and accessories to over 1,200 retailers across Kabul, Nangarhar, Herat, Kandahar, Ghazni, Kunduz, and other provinces — shipping 150,000+ units every month. Their previous system was a patchwork of spreadsheets and manual invoicing that couldn't keep pace with the volume, leading to stock discrepancies, delayed deliveries, and zero real-time visibility into provincial inventory levels.

We mapped IVA Mobile's entire order-to-delivery workflow across all provinces, identified bottlenecks in warehouse allocation and retailer credit management, and designed a unified Odoo ERP deployment covering Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Purchase modules with province-level warehouse segmentation.

Deployed a fully integrated Odoo ERP with multi-warehouse inventory management, automated sales order processing, retailer credit limit controls, real-time stock tracking per province, and centralized accounting. Built custom dashboards for provincial distribution managers and automated replenishment rules based on sell-through rates.

Eliminated manual stock reconciliation across all provinces. Retailers now receive accurate invoices instantly, warehouse managers have real-time visibility into 150,000+ monthly unit movements, and month-end close went from 2 weeks to 3 days.
