Problem

Mezan Sultani Group Ltd., established in 2022, operates across mining and resource trading, construction and infrastructure, commodity trading and logistics, and agricultural services. Each division ran on separate systems with no consolidated financial reporting, making it impossible for leadership to get a unified view of group performance or manage inter-company transactions efficiently.

Approach

We designed a multi-company Odoo architecture that gives each division operational autonomy while consolidating financial reporting at the group level. Focus was on inter-company transaction handling, consolidated P&L reporting, and division-specific operational workflows.

Deployed a multi-company Odoo instance covering Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and HR for all four divisions. Built inter-company transaction automation, consolidated financial dashboards, division-specific procurement workflows, and group-level analytics covering mining, construction, trading, and agricultural operations.
